(2) Processing & Lead Times
In-Stock Items:
Ships within 48 hours of placement (weekends excluded). U.S. orders arrive within ~1 week after shipment; international orders typically take ~2 weeks. We ship from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses (fulfilled from the closest facility). If temporary restocking is required, we will notify you within 24 hours on business days.
Pre-Order Items:
Made-to-order items are labeled [Pre-Order] in the product title. If already in transit, ships within ~6 weeks; if in production, allow ~8 weeks. Pre-order orders may be canceled within 1 week of placement. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
Tracking Your Ride:
A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your label is printed.
(3) Shipping Addresses & Support
Order Cancellations & Modifications:
In-stock orders: contact us within 24 hours of placement. Pre-order orders: may be canceled within 1 week. Once handed over to the carrier, orders cannot be changed.
APO/FPO & PO Box Addresses:
We strongly recommend a physical street address. PO Box delivery may require an additional logistics fee (paid by customer); we will confirm with you before processing.
Shipping Damage & Missing Items:
Please inspect your package immediately. If items arrive damaged or parts are missing, take photos and contact us within 48 hours for an expedited replacement.
International Customs & Duties:
For shipments outside the U.S. (including Canada), the checkout total excludes local customs duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these fees upon arrival.

I think it is too large. Could be a couple inches smaller to be more attractive.
It's ok, Looks nice, but it uses the pain in the ass Harley backrest moung, so getting it on and off is a pain. It seems to push me further forward than I'd like, but that may be an adjustment on the mount.
I ordered an orange seat, rider backrest and passenger backrest for my orange CVO Road Glide. I was sent a blue passenger backrest. I've spent a week and a half trying to get a response from your offshore 'customer support'. When I did hear from them they offered $50 and I just keep the blue backrest because "the wrong color doesn't really affect the function". Obviously they don't own a motorcycle. I'm not putting this on my $30,000 CVO Harley, and have entered a dispute with my credit card. You can take the whole order back and ship it back at your expense. Improve your shifty customer service.
Great company. The price was right. Backrest. Not so much. Installation is simple. All parts are included. The adjusting lever mechanism is made of plastic. It broke first try. I adjusted the Backrest where it felt comfortable. And tightened. So far it feels good.
