At Custom Chrome®, we know riders value speed and reliability. Our goal is to get your parts to your door as quickly and safely as possible.
We’re committed to providing clear shipping options and outstanding service for every customer—whether you’re shopping retail or as a dealer.

(1) Free Shipping

Retail Customers:
 All retail orders of $19.99 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).

Dealer Accounts:
 Free shipping for dealer orders applies to single orders of $200 or more (based on dealer pricing).
 Orders below $200 will incur shipping charges, calculated based on the delivery address and actual carrier rates.

Oversized or specialty items may not qualify for free shipping. For details, please contact us at sales@customchrome.com.

(2) Orders Below Free Shipping Threshold

Retail Orders under $19.99:
 Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and the selected shipping method.

Dealer Orders under $200:
 Shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual delivery address and carrier rates.

(3) Shipping Options

We primarily ship using USPS and FedEx for reliable and timely delivery.

APO/FPO and PO Box Addresses:
 We support shipping to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses. Delivery options may be limited for these addresses.
 We recommend using a physical street address whenever possible.
 If additional information or costs are required, we’ll contact you via email.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, shipping costs are not included in the order total.
 Please contact us at sales@customchrome.com for a custom shipping quote.

(4) Processing Time

In-stock orders ship within 1–5 business days from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses.
 Whenever possible, we ship from the closest warehouse to minimize delivery time.

Tracking:
 A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
