At Custom Chrome®, we deliver your motorcycle parts safely and quickly. Whether you are a retail customer upgrading your ride or a dealer stocking your showroom, we provide transparent shipping options and exceptional service.

(1) Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

Oversized or specialty items may incur additional handling fees. In remote areas, standard carriers may require a surcharge. For custom quotes, please contact us at Support@customchrome.com.

(2) Processing & Lead Times

In-Stock Items:
Ships within 48 hours of placement (weekends excluded). U.S. orders arrive within ~1 week after shipment; international orders typically take ~2 weeks. We ship from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses (fulfilled from the closest facility). If temporary restocking is required, we will notify you within 24 hours on business days.

Pre-Order Items:
Made-to-order items are labeled [Pre-Order] in the product title. If already in transit, ships within ~6 weeks; if in production, allow ~8 weeks. Pre-order orders may be canceled within 1 week of placement. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

Tracking Your Ride:
A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your label is printed.

(3) Shipping Addresses & Support

Order Cancellations & Modifications:
In-stock orders: contact us within 24 hours of placement. Pre-order orders: may be canceled within 1 week. Once handed over to the carrier, orders cannot be changed.

APO/FPO & PO Box Addresses:
We strongly recommend a physical street address. PO Box delivery may require an additional logistics fee (paid by customer); we will confirm with you before processing.

Shipping Damage & Missing Items:
Please inspect your package immediately. If items arrive damaged or parts are missing, take photos and contact us within 48 hours for an expedited replacement.

International Customs & Duties:
For shipments outside the U.S. (including Canada), the checkout total excludes local customs duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these fees upon arrival.
