In-Stock Items:
Ships within 48 hours of placement (weekends excluded). U.S. orders arrive within ~1 week after shipment; international orders typically take ~2 weeks. We ship from our California or Pennsylvania warehouses (fulfilled from the closest facility). If temporary restocking is required, we will notify you within 24 hours on business days.
Pre-Order Items:
Made-to-order items are labeled [Pre-Order] in the product title. If already in transit, ships within ~6 weeks; if in production, allow ~8 weeks. Pre-order orders may be canceled within 1 week of placement. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
Tracking Your Ride:
A shipping confirmation email containing a carrier tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your label is printed.
(3) Shipping Addresses & Support
Order Cancellations & Modifications:
In-stock orders: contact us within 24 hours of placement. Pre-order orders: may be canceled within 1 week. Once handed over to the carrier, orders cannot be changed.
APO/FPO & PO Box Addresses:
We strongly recommend a physical street address. PO Box delivery may require an additional logistics fee (paid by customer); we will confirm with you before processing.
Shipping Damage & Missing Items:
Please inspect your package immediately. If items arrive damaged or parts are missing, take photos and contact us within 48 hours for an expedited replacement.
International Customs & Duties:
For shipments outside the U.S. (including Canada), the checkout total excludes local customs duties or taxes. Buyers are responsible for these fees upon arrival.

I love your seats. I have one on my other bike also. Little bummed that I can’t find the grey/whiteish drivers backrest. Are you planning on making them go forward?
Rides nice, comfy for day trips. 2 years and still looks good, material has held up well. Perhaps the best part, the wife is happy with her seat too.

Was pretty easy to put on. Tried it out for about 30 to 50 miles. Next morning rode about 250. Very comfortable. Just wish it came in a tall boy seat.
The low profile seat did not come with instructions so I am still trying to figure out how to put it together to try it out.
It looks good. It's relatively comfortable. It's about what I expected from a Harley Hammock knockoff. I've got a few thousand miles between 2 different seats on 2 different Road Glides. For the price they're decent.
Emailed wanting to return product the same day it was received and can’t get ahold of anyone.
The seat is very uncomfortable and I need to return but the manufacturer is being very difficult and dragging things out. Very disappointed!
