Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted. However, if the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. Please contact us via e-mail within 5 business days of receiving the item. We will arrange a product reship or refund.

Messages regarding returns or refunds will be replied to within 2 business days (not including weekends). Please check your spam or junk email box If you do not get a response from us within 2 business days. Once we issue return instructions the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.
If you are not satisfied with our item or service, please contact us before leaving any feedback as we are committed to resolving all issues in a friendly and satisfactory manner.

Refunds will be issued if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, we will issue a refund only when the package is returned back to us in the same condition as it was sent.  (Please contact our customer service for a return address.) We will only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase and if the product is in original sellable condition and has not been installed. If after 30 days from the purchase, we will only issue a store credit. In all other cases, we will issue store credit only.
