Job Description:

Overall scope and purpose of this position is to perform inbound and outbound warehousing tasks of receiving product, stocking product, performing daily cycle counts, operating equipment safely, unloading trucks, picking product, order fulfillment, packaging and preparing product for shipment, manifesting orders, operating equipment safely, loading trucks, and general housekeeping.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Timely put away of inbound and transferred products, meeting company 24 hour goals.
  • Replenishment of primary bins from overstock locations.
  • Efficient movement, stacking and stocking of products in warehouse.
  • Proper use of RF guns and/or AX scripts.
  • Careful attention to quantity and quality of products.
  • Immediately report any quantity variances or evidence of damage as appropriate.
  • Assist with daily cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Assist with warehouse locations and zone assignments for new items processed into inventory.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation as required.
  • Maintain productivity performance level as established by department standards.
  • Picks and stages orders in accurate, thorough and efficient manner in accordance with established Company standards and procedures. Understands Unit of Measure.
  • Ability to understand international order processing and customs documentation.
  • Practices and adheres to established safety rules and policies as well as established housekeeping standards, performs equipment safety review. Reports any violations or hazards to management immediately.
  • Operates assigned warehouse equipment and tools in performing outbound functions.
  • Assists with Customer Will Calls.
  • Prepares and packages product to conform to company policies and procedures for shipping.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists the Assembly department where needed.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Proficient in basic math and understanding Unit of Measure.
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions.

Work Environment:

  • Work performed is in a heated, but non-air-conditioned warehouse. Employee may be exposed to cold, heat, damp, dusty or humid conditions. Employee will be exposed to moving machinery, such as forklifts, moving conveyor, product stored overhead, and pallet jacks.

Equipment, Tools, Devices used to perform all functions of the job:

  • Manual pallet jacks, forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order selectors, computers, RF scanning devices, pneumatic staplers, tape guns, box cutters, automated carton sealers, stretch film and shrink wrap machine, dock plates, and other equipment as assigned.

Summary Job Description:

Purchasing Clerk is responsible to initiate, generate, and expedite purchase orders with suppliers and helps to maintain and develop relations between Custom Chrome USA LLC and suppliers.

Job Functions:

E-mail/Fax vendors required purchase orders.
Reconciling of open purchase orders.
Negotiating with vendors on costs, lead times, warranty, and service support policies and practices.
Communicates with vendors to ensure that purchase orders are received, are being processed in a timely manner, and are expedited when necessary.
Resolve discrepancies in product deliveries and quality.
Maintain company records regarding vendor/product specifications and promotional literature, pricing, warranty, and service support policies and practices, along with new product offerings.
Works in a team atmosphere with sales, accounting, and warehousing.
Helps to schedule vendor visits
Travels domestically and internationally to meet vendors
Must be flexible with time in order to accommodate international vendors and business.

Requirements:

High school diploma required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook E-mail required.
Ability and willingness to learn required.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written required.
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment required.
Motorcycle industry experience required
1-3 Year experience required
Ability to speak one of the following languages is preferred: Chinese, Japanese, German, Korean

Inside Sales Support Representative

Job Summary:

The inside sales support representative will work cooperatively with customers and members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. The inside sales support representative will report to the Sales Lead and interact with all fellow members of the sales team and employees company wide. Must have Harley-Davidson motorcycle product and industry/culture knowledge.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Handle inbound sales calls

Quote prices and utilize price negotiation based on the company’s requirements.
Estimate date-of-delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.
Keeping up to date with internal procedures of international freight processes and customs, price contracts and large special order processes.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Expand the dealer’s product portfolio with New CCU products, CCU House Brands and CCU Exclusives.
Work in conjunction with other departments: Purchasing, Finance, Tech Warranty, Product Line
Prepare reports of dealers, daily job activates, and updates on products.
Work directly with vendors to train on product lines, fitments and applications to have the experience to increase sales.
May be required to travel and attend trade shows.
Assist customers with freight, warranty, and payment claims
Ensure accuracy of dealer information in the system.
Answer general knowledge questions on our products.
Any other Ad Hoc duties assigned

Education and Experience

2 - 4 years of sales experience preferred.
Must have Harley-Davidson motorcycle product knowledge.
Work experience at HD franchise or V-Twin aftermarket shop preferred
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Proficient in MS Office and experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX preferred.)
Ability to speak Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, or German is a plus

Education and Experience
